El recorrido se inicia en el parque de la Viña, creado por el paisajista francés George Henry Dubois, quien también diseño el Parque Forestal de Santiago. Luego, la visita continúa hacia el rincón Aliwen, lugar donde se recrea parte de la vegetación propia del sur de Chile y donde se homenajea a nuestro principal pueblo originario “Mapuche” exhibiendo figuras de su cultura y dando a conocer su cosmovisión. A continuación de esta parada se recorre el viñedo, se conocen los suelos por medio de una calicata, se identificará las diferentes cepas que cultiva Undurraga a través de un jardín de variedades, y se mostrará el proceso de vinificación de los distintos vinos. Luego se accederá a las centenarias bodegas subterráneas de Viña Undurraga, para finalizar visitando la colección “Gente de la Tierra” muestra de vida y arte mapuche y pre- colombina en honor a nuestros pueblos originarios. El tour concluye con una degustación de 3 vinos reserva, al finalizar cada visitante recibirá una copa de regalo. Además, en la tienda podrán adquirir los vinos y espumantes del portafolio de marcas de Undurraga, junto a una serie de entretenidos souvenirs.
This is our classic guided tour, given in Spanish and/or English. It lasts approximately one hour and 15 minutes and it includes a complete visit of the park, including the Aliwen corner, vineyards, soil analysis test pit, vinification plant, entertainment garden, and underground cellars, ending with a great tasting of 3 reserva wines (brands depending on availability), and a gift wine glass.
Este es un verdadero viaje hacia atrás en el tiempo. Se muestra el parque del fundo Santa Ana de Talagante y se efectúa una parada en el rincón Aliwen, durante la cual se da a conocer la cosmovisión de los mapuches, principal pueblo originario de Chile. En el rincón Aliwen se recreó la vegetación del sur de Chile y se exhibe altas figuras de madera propias de la cultura mapuche. Se camina por las bodegas de vinificación y se visita las centenarias bodegas subterráneas. Esta interesante vuelta finaliza con fina degustación de 4 vinos Premium, acompañados por una variedad de quesos y frutos secos. Se entregará a cada visitante una copa de regalo. Además, en la tienda del fundo Santa Ana de Talagante existe la posibilidad de adquirir los ricos vinos y espumosos del portafolio de marcas de Undurraga y una serie de entretenidos souvenirs.
